Information you give us. This is information that you have volunteered in your Skill Scan form and may include information when you correspond with us by phone, email or other means

 

How We Use Your Information

To carry out our obligations arising from the AAA scheme contract entered into between us and to provide you with the information and services that you request from us. To allow you to participate in the interactive features of our website when you choose to do so. To notify you of any changes to our service

 

How We Share Your Information

When you give your consent we share your personal data solely with selected partners who are an essential part of the AAA scheme process. Examples are;  providers of your log in details for the interactive sections of AAA website, AAA certification designers and Exam Day Examiners. We will only share your information with a third party if we were under a duty to disclose it due to a legal obligation

 

Where We Store Your Personal Data

The data we collect from you is held at the British Food Trust, Broomfield Cottage, Llantilio Crossenny, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, NP7 8TG and is stored on a secure server. Where we have given you a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share this password with anyone. Once we have received your information we will use strict procedures to aim to prevent unauthorised access however transmission of personal data is at your own risk

We have designed this Privacy Policy to reflect the requirements and best practices of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 1998. In order to keep up with legislation and best practice we may revise this Privacy Policy at any time without notice.
